First Visit
Everyone’s dental needs are different. Usually your first appointment in our office will consist of x-rays, prophy (cleaning), and exam. If treatment is diagnosed, we will discuss your options and give you a cost estimate. In some instances your first visit may be for pain, chipped tooth etc. and your first visit will then consist of an x-ray (depending on the situation) and an exam. We then discuss the treatment needed and schedule as promptly as possible.

Xrays from previous provider, list of medications and insurance cards are appreciated if you are able to provide those.
Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e., diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are currently taking any medication (i.e., heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.).
IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
X-Rays
If your previous dentist has taken x-rays, you may request that they forward them to our office. If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them to our office. If additional x-rays are necessary, they can be taken at our facility.
