Meet The Team

Carrie David- Office Manager
Carrie graduated from Ord High School in 2002 then attended the Dental Assisting Program at Central Community College finishing in 2004. Currently Carrie is the Office Manager at Piskorski Dental but has held various other positions since starting in 2009 such as dental and hygiene assisting. Carrie is likely the first person you see when visiting our office. She greets everyone with a welcoming smile. After many years of working in dentistry, she enjoys getting to know every patient and strives to make each encounter positive. She resides in Ord with her husband, Ryan, and two children, Cadence and Ryker. In her free time she enjoys shopping, baking, and spending time with family and friends.

Sydney Dawe- Hygienist
Sydney was born and raised in Ord, Nebraska. She returned to the community in 2016 after receiving an Associates Degree of Applied Science at the Central Community College Dental Hygiene Program in Hastings, Nebraska. She provides excellent preventive dental services to people of all ages. Services include cleanings, periodontal therapy, sealants, taking radiographs, and patient education. She loves being able to serve her hometown community. Her and her husband, Kamron, enjoy spending time at the lake, remodeling their house, and being with friends and family. What they enjoy the most, though, is spending time with their 2 sons, Warner and Nelson!

Amy Jacobsen- Hygienist
Amy is a graduate of Ord High School and though she was gone for a while, she is thrilled to be back in the area. She graduated with an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from CCC in Hastings. In 2017 she moved back to the area and has made Scotia her home where she and her husband, Jason, raise their 5 children. She enjoys attending her kids’ activities and being able to enjoy life in a small town. Amy loves her job, connecting with her patients and looks forward to helping you with a personalized plan to get you to your dental goals.

Brandi Swett- Dental Assistant
Brandi joined our team in August 2014 as a Dental Assistant. Prior to Piskorski Dental she worked for Dr. Bill Peterson at his Valentine location. Brandi strives to build a relationship with her patients and finds their trust rewarding. In her spare time she loves spending time with her husband, Brady, and 3 beautiful children, Brock, Brystol and Brodie. Brandi enjoys golfing, playing volleyball and just being outside.

Breann Jonak- Receptionist/Dental Assistant
Bre was raised in Elba and graduated from Elba Public School in 2011. In 2013 she graduated with an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Dental Assisting from Central Community College in Hastings. In April 2018 she joined Piskorski Dental, part- time, as a receptionist/dental assistant. She enjoys getting to know every patient and learning about the community of Ord. She still resides in Elba and in her spare time she likes taking her boys, Zach, Isaac, Alex and Eli, out to farm with her husband, Matt. If she isn’t busy with her boys, she enjoys photography, being outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
Terrin Jonak- Dental Assistant
Terrin grew up on a farm outside of Elba and is a 2014 graduate of St. Paul High School. She graduated in 2022 from the Dental Assisting program at Central Community College in Hastings and joined Piskorski Dental shortly after. Having worked in healthcare for several years, Terrin has a lot of experience with patient care and makes sure everyone is comfortable during their visit to our office. When not at work, she is usually spending time with friends and family.
